A completed Grant Evaluation Report is due to the Foundation within 30 days of your grant project's completion. Failure to submit a Grant Evaluation Report in a timely manner may jeopardize future funding to your organization.

Organizations who have completed their grant project, but who have not submitted a Grant Evaluation Report to the Foundation are not eligible to submit new applications for funding.

Organizations whose grant projects are in progress, may submit new applications for funding only if an Interim Grant Evaluation Report is submitted along with the new application.
